Arlene Ganden, nee Frank, 82, beloved wife of the late Richard; loving father of Jodi (Rick) Victor and Howard (Diane); cherished Grand Maw of David & Natalie Victor and Sam & Matthew Ganden; dear sister of Rita (the late Danny) Waitzman, loving aunt of many, and caring friend.
